Q: What instrumental lessons does Welco Music Academy provide?
A: Right now, we provide Piano, Violin, Clarinet, Saxophone and Guitar lessons. However, we will notify parents when new instruments are added to our services.
Q: Is a trial lesson possible at Welco Music Academy?
A: Yes, a trial lesson is possible. Our trial lesson is a 30minutes one-off lesson ($40) that gives the student and parents the opportunity to meet the teacher and experience what a normal weekly lesson will look like.
Q: What happens if my child is sick?
A: Welco Music Academy has a 24hour policy. When parents have provided us with a 24hour notice, we will endeavour to organise a make-up lesson or credit the lesson onto the next invoice.
Q: What is the invoice process for Welco Music Academy?
A: Welco Music Academy will invoice parents for the entire academic term which is usually 10 weeks.
Q: Does Welco Music Academy operate during public holidays such as Pupil Free Day?
A: Yes, however, lesson time might be affected but our staff will always notify parents first.

A: All lessons are being taught in the music department at West End State School.

A: Yes! Welco Music Academy holds 2 concerts throughout the year. Our Welco Talent Show happens in June and our Christmas Concert which is held at the end of term 4.
Q: Is Welco Music Academy able to provide “to my home” service?
A: Unfortunately, no, Welco Music Academy only operates within West End State Schools and Ascot State School.
Q: Can I change my child’s lesson time through the term or year?
A: Yes, you can. However, sometimes the parents’ preferred time is not always available but we will always note it down and notify parents when the time becomes available.
